Janu Tokyo, which opened in 2024 in the Azabudai Hills development alongside Mori JP Tower, operates from this premise. The Azabudai Hills development in which the hotel sits is itself significant — one of Tokyo's most ambitious urban renewal projects, combining residential, office, cultural, and hospitality functions in a dense, vertically organized campus in Minato-ku, between Roppongi and Azabu.
